Video Production Specialist (Volunteer)Video is one of the most powerful mediums delivered by the internet, and it’s pervasiveness is excepted to grow exponentially in coming years. Global Media Outreach is rapidly growing a multi-language library of video content that is delivered on multiple devices – cell phones, computer screens, personal media players, and home televisions.
Video production specialists are involved in all phases of the production process – concept, pre-production, production, and postproduction – to create projects for evangelism, discipleship, and promotion. This position involves both assigned work as well as opportunities to initiate and/or develop new projects.
Requirements: Professional experience or degree in Radio/TV/Film, Video Production, Media Communications, or related field.
Administration (Volunteer)- Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.
- Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.
- Coordinate appointments and visits to see our space, and scheduling of events on the calendar.
- Prepare and modify event contracts as requested.
Requirements: Communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers. Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.
Administrator/Event Coordinator (Volunteer)Global Media Outreach conducts multiple events throughout the year to build community with our volunteers, partner with supporters and educate the world on online missions. The event coordinator should have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
