An Online Missionary responds to people from all over the world who have requested follow-up from one of our sites. You can pray for them, help them begin discipleship or just encourage them with scripture if they are working through relationship, financial and other spiritual issues.

How Does it Work?
A Bold New Path
If you are looking for a way to share your faith, God can use you to lead people to Christ and help them grow. We provide the training and a safe, online environment. Then we bring seekers to you so you can communicate the gospel to them, pray for them, and help move them to maturity in Christ.
A Lifelong Journey
At Global Media Outreach, we recognize that salvation is really the first step of a lifelong journey with Jesus. Many people make an initial decision, but don’t know where to go from there. We have prepared online Bible studies, websites with next steps for the journey, and links to local church communities.

What Happens Next?
Global Media Outreach is looking for Christians who have a heart for the lost and want to share their faith with those seeking a relationship with God. Our Online Missionaries control the number of emails assigned to them with the help of their community leader.
How Do I Apply?
If you meet the following standards, you may complete the English application:
1You will be asked to provide the name and e-mail address of a spiritual leader who can give a reference for you (such as your Bible study leader, mentor or pastor). This should NOT be an immediate family member.
2Due to legal restrictions, our Online Missionaries must meet the minimum requirement of being at least 18 years of age.
3You must have reliable access to the internet and agree to check your account regularly (at least 2 or 3 times a week).
4Our Online Missionaries minister to people with a wide variety of needs and questions, so it is important to have had a significant experience in walking with the Lord. Online Missionaries should be Christ followers for at least two years.
5After your application is approved, you will receive a link to a series of brief Training Videos as well as a Training Manual to be used for future reference. When you have watched all the Training Videos you will be all set to begin your “on the job” training by responding to emails with the assistance of a community mentor.
